Harper Valente..!
From the story "Poison Fairytales" written by the wonderfully talented Jondy Macmillon. (Poison Fairytales is an original work of fiction that takes place in the Harry Potter Universe.)
Harper is an adorable little witch attending the Willowcrest Auror School. ^^

Normally- I'm not a big fan of galoshes at all but this pic... they just appeared... and I am quite fond of 'em.
Please don't comment about the umbrella. ;_; I understand it is dead.

Love her outfit design! And the colors! They compliment the rainy theme, but aren't gloomy. Like a nice summer shower.
